The Red Rocks of Sonoma, 24x30. Oil $400, Judges Fence award, Lynchburg Art Club 2017 Art Festival. Judge Jeffry Cudlin

My wife and I flew to Phoenix to meet her sister and husband for a Diamondbacks vs Pirate baseball games and then drove to the Grand Canyon, everyone really should see it, and then spent a day in Sonoma, scene of many old westerns. Beautiful country side we have here! Oh and she helped drive her sister and husband to visit us in Lynchburg along with 7 cats and a dog to live with us until they can move into their house in Florida, which is under renovation. Everyone is doing fine!

Boys Camp, Nimrod. 24x30, Oil. $350

I went to painters camp at Nimrod in Bath County Va. They have an abandoned boys camp from mid 1900's. These cabins are standing, hidden by some brush and some are falling down. They sit over looking a field and then the cowpasture river.

9th St Pier, Oil 11x14 $300 I took this picture one morning before school my senior year in HS. I had heard that the pier that was damaged in an old hurricane (my senior year was 1977) was going to be taken down for safety. Too many surfers were "shooting the pier". I knew I wanted a picture of the sunrise before it was gone. A beautiful setting.

Name? Skinny Dipping, Tip toeing to moon light?
